Yes, providing the product isn’t obsolete and is still available from the relevant supplier. The order will need to be placed direct by calling us 01684 438055

Some suppliers may charge a delivery fee – a member of our support team will be in touch to confirm availability and any associated costs.

We understand there may be times when you need to return something – that’s why we’ve made it so easy! Please read our returns policy before you begin the process.

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

To open a trade cash account, please register online today and it will take you less than two minutes to complete, click here and select the most relevant options to you.

To open a trade credit account, please download our ‘credit account application form’ and then follow the instructions contained within the application form.

The website is to promote our current stock availability. Trade account holders will be able to register interest in our online ordering system once we make it available. General public will not be able to register on our website at this time.

Yes, you can use pro-forma invoice via email only. Please contact if you want to use pro-forma invoice.

If you have already established customer relationship with Edging Supplied Ltd, you will be granted ability to pay using invoice. If you have ordered several times from Edging Supplies but you don’t see the invoice as a paying option on the checkout, please contact and we will check why the invoice is not activated on your account.

If you have already established customer relationship with Edging Supplied Ltd, you will already have an account setup. If, your personal email or company email has changed please contact with your updated information. Please include your company name and account number when sending any updates regarding your account.

Yes but there is a charge for this service. Also, with our customers (you) in mind, we like to be organised and load our wagons up the night before, therefore your order needs to have been made before Saturday.

Yes. If this is of interest to you, then call us and a member of our sales team would gladly look at your enquiry and get you a cost.

When an order is placed with us, we will give you delivery options for your package. Once the order is complete you will be contacted via the courier service with your tracking number.

Order placed before 3pm can qualify for next day delivery.

Yes we do. Orders must be a minimum of £300 or over 3kg in weight. Depending which is the highest value.

Our main aim is to offer a great service nationally. Overseas orders may take longer, subject to additional custom charges and export tariffs outside of our control. All payments will need to be upfront and a verified address before any consignments leaves our premises.
